In contemplation of a pleasant stay at our hotel, please read carefully
our rules of procedure and behavioral norms. We consider the aforementioned regulation fully and tacitly accepted upon booking confirmation.
- Daily tourist tax of € 2 per person.
- Rooms are ready from 4 p.m. on day of arrival.
- It is preferable to communicate time of arrival when booking.
- Upon arrival, all guests must have a personal identity document in order to communicate the presence of guests, minors included, to the competent police authorities.
- Rooms must be vacated before 10:00 am on day of departure.
- It is possible, upon room availability, to ask the management for an extension of the check-out time. Following management’s appropriate authorization, an additional cost of 30% of the daily room price will be charged.
- Pursuant to articles 1385-1386 of the Civil Code and subsequent amendments, guests who leave in advance are required to pay for the room for the remaining days of the reservation.
- For those wishing to leave during the night or in the morning before 8:30 am, you will need to check out and pay any extra amounts on the evening before departure.
- Each reservation must be secured with a deposit of 30% of the total stay.
- Deposit must be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
- Booking confirmation will be communicated to the interested party upon receipt of the agreed amount in our bank account.
- Total balance of the stay must be paid on arrival.
- On site you can pay by cash, credit card (excluding American Express) or bank transfer.
- Late arrival and/or early departure do not give the right to any type of refund.
- For delays longer than 24 hours from the expected arrival and in absence of any relevant communication, Management will consider itself authorized to cancel reservation by making the accommodation unit available to other guests.
- The authorization of Management is required for guests whose reservation has been made by a third party. Management will proceed with subsequent registration and communication to competent authorities. The cost of the reservation will be subject to the list prices in force at the time of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations can be canceled up to 30 days before arrival without penalty. If these terms are respected, the establishment will refund the deposit.
- In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, the total loss of the deposit will be applied.
- Up to 8 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 50% of the total price of the stay will be applied.
- Up to 2 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 80% of the total price of the stay will be applied.
- From 1 day to NO SHOW, a penalty of 100% of the total price of the stay will be applied.
- To this end, a credit card will be required at the time of booking as a guarantee.
- Non-guests are forbidden to enter. Family or friends visiting must be authorized by Management.
- Visitors are required to leave with the management an identity document they will collect on their way out.
- All unauthorized persons identified within the facility will be reported to the competent authorities.
- Access to pets including small sizes is not allowed.
- Car parking is restricted to hotel guests only.
- Respecting green areas, hygiene, and cleanliness of the hotel are mandatory.
- Persons responsible for any damage will be charged accordingly.
- Using any stove in the room, smoking, and introducing drinks and food purchased outside the hotel are strictly forbidden.
- Using toilets as spillways is also forbidden. Using the appropriately prepared baskets is recommended.
Customers or their guests responsible for damages to the equipment and furnishings of the hotel will be charged accordingly. - Management declines any responsibility for eventual accidents to adults and minors.
- Minors guests of the facility must be accompanied by their parents and/ or caretakers.
- Inside the premises it is forbidden to: smoke, speak loudly, shout, slam doors/windows, connect any appliances brought along to the electrical system.
- For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use stoves, food warmers, and irons in the rooms. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the dining room near the reception.
- Guests are not allowed to take food to places other than the designated service area (in the room or outside the premises).
- For hygiene and food safety reasons, customers are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks into the room. Charge for key breakage/loss: Breakage or loss of keys will be charged at a minimum amount of 20.00 euros.
- Management, Front desk, and Cashier (also for receipts or invoices) observe following hours: 8:00 am / 10:00 pm
- Observing rest-time from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm and from 12:00 midnight to 8:00 am of following morning is compulsory for all guests.
- Breakfast hours: 7:30 am / 10:00 am.
- Lunch hours: 12:30 noon / 2:00 pm (12:30 noon / 1:00 pm children’s meals).
- Dinner Hours: 7:30 pm / 9:00 pm (7:30 pm / 8:00 pm children’s meals).
- Guests with food allergies are required to notify Management in advance when booking.
- Management is not responsible for theft, loss, and damage to valuables and objects left in the room or in public areas.
- Cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, and bathroom set replacement are carried out daily.
- Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- Those wishing to have bed linen changed daily can ask our front desk. A surcharge will be applied to the cost of the reservation.
- In-room breakfast is only allowed upon payment of appropriate extra charge.
- If the room is not vacated in time or is particularly messy (clothes on the bed, objects or accessories on the floor) the cleaning of the room will not be carried out.
- If the room is particularly dirty, Management will reserve the right to apply an extra charge of € 20.00 for additional cleaning and sanitation of the premises.
- In order to protect our employees and guests: as a result of repeated non-compliance with the rules of regulation of the facility or improper behavior that seriously undermines the harmony and spirit of the hotel, Management will, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to remove the guests responsible for the abovementioned acts, deeming them undesirable. In this case, the removed guest will not be entitled to have any of the fees paid returned, with reserve of the Management to recover compensation for any damages and prejudices.
